What we experienced in Rio de Janeiro went far beyond a tourist itinerary or a cultural program \u2014 it was a visceral immersion, a deep dive into the rhythm and the soul of the \"Cidade Maravilhosa\" (Marvelous City).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Body as Language: The Art of Movement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the first rays of sunrise, our participants dove headfirst into the universe of Brazilian dances. Our <strong>workshops<\/strong> were not just classes, but gateways to the diversity of Brazil\u2019s urban and popular cultures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Samba:<\/strong> O cora\u00e7\u00e3o batendo no p\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Afro:<\/strong> a deep connection with ancestry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Passinho:<\/strong> A energia fren\u00e9tica e moderna das comunidades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Every step learned was an invitation to understand the spirit of Brazilian dance: something collective, vibrant, and visceral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><strong>Did you know?<\/strong> <br><\/p><cite>Samba was born at the beginning of the 20th century in Rio, the fruit of African traditions. One of the highlights of the experience was the preparation for the parade, under the watchful and talented eye of choreographer <strong>Alessandra Cabral<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rehearsing together, fine-tuning the choreography, and feeling the anticipation grow each day was a transformative experience. Parading in the Samb\u00f3dromo is a sensory experience that is difficult to put into words. Your heart races to the rhythm of the bateria, the stands vibrate like a living organism, and suddenly, you are part of the \u201cGreatest Show on Earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A Stage for Geniuses:<\/strong> The Sambadrome was designed by the master <strong>Oscar Niemeyer<\/strong> and inaugurated in 1984.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Global impact:<\/strong> S\u00e3o mais de <strong>70,000 people.<\/strong> cheering live and millions more following every detail around the
